To give our athletes the opportunity to run on synthetic track while the track and Narrabeen is closed. No field events will be held. Open to all athletes, however due to time constraints it is recommended that athletes only compete in events they are hoping to qualify in Championship meets for. Registration for participation at the track meet is restricted to a maximum of 4. 

MWLAC records that are broken at this meet will be recognised. 

This will be held at the SOPAC WARM UP TRACK. 

Please note Saturday competition will also proceed as normal the following Saturday morning.
