CALL FOR COMMITTEE AND CENTRE ROLE NOMINATIONS

In accordance with the Manly Warringah Athletics Centre Inc. (“MWAC”) constitution, the Committee positions will become vacant at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) to be held:

Sunday 25 May, 2025

(venue and start time to be advised)

Details of the roles and responsibilities of each Committee position are set out in the MWAC Regulations and these can be accessed from the MWAC website under Governance. A Nomination Form is also available for download or you may request a nomination form from the Secretary.

Please note - 2 MWAC members must sign the Nomination form and the nominee must be over 18 years of age; a member of MWAC; and accept that nomination.

Completed Nomination forms must be received by the Secretary by Saturday 17 May 2025 (being 7 days prior to the AGM). Nominations will only be called from the floor at the AGM where no written nominations have been received.

CALL FOR NOTICES OF MOTION 

Noticies of motions for the AGM are hereby called from members.  Notices must be submitted to the Secretary by Saturday 26 April 2025 (being 28 days prior to the AGM).
